PhD defence of Fabien Saubade
On the 2nd December 2016 in Montpellier (France), Fabien Saubade defended his thesis entitled "Nutritional potential of the microbiota of cereal-based fermented foods: the case of folate "*. This work was carried out at IRD from September 2013 to December 2016, in the framework of the FolEA project, and was supervised by Dr Jean-Pierre Guyot, Dr Christèle Humblot, and Dr Youna Hemery.
